How to Make vegan aubergine curry and Sri Lankan hoppers

I travel to Sri Lanka and give a quick tour of a Sri Lankan spice garden to give viewers a better insight into where fresh ingredients come from. Then I make two dishes with guest chef Karuna - aubergine curry and Sri Lankan hoppers, which are like a cross between a crepe and a crumpet.
